As a Leader at SSVA, one of your responsibilities is to provide on call support. On call services are available to all programs and are an opportunity to guide and support employees and sponsors in critical situations. This is a very important responsibility and requires that you follow certain protocols and adhere to SSVA’s mission and core values at all times.
